Just hit two weeks post-op. The first few days were rough but week 2 has been a real turning point. For those further along — what helped you most in this stretch? Sleep position, supplements, gentle walks?
Sleeping slightly propped up was a game changer for the swelling. I also set alarms to walk around the room every couple of hours — boring, but it really helped the stiffness.
Hydration and protein. I was barely eating the first week and I think it slowed me down. Once I forced in proper meals I felt the difference within days.
